SI MSc Pathway English Language Requirements
Sheffield Hallam University Admissions Department will accept evidence of English language if you have been taught and assessed in English on a recognised course. You must provide evidence of this in a dated letter of support from the university where you studied, including details of your course and pass mark. We recommend obtaining this information and contacting [email protected] before applying for your postgraduate course.
If English is not your first language and you have not studied in English before (as above), you must have an IELTS score of 7.0 with a minimum of 6.5 in each skill area. Please see the table below for the minimum score in alternative tests.
An IELTS for Academic and General Training* 7.0 entry requirement (* IELTS will be accepted as you do not require a Student visa as all SI Education modular courses are online and in-person attendance is not required).
